This policy covers the website bluepeakdashboards.com, run by Blue Peak Data Consulting LLC, Olathe, Kansas. It says what this site collects, what we do with it, and what we do not do. The data your organization sends us as a Blue Peak Dashboards client is covered by your written agreement, not by this page.
The short version
This site sets no cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you from site to site. The only information you give us is what you type into the sample form, and we use it only to build and send your sample and to answer you. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
What the site collects
- Request data. Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare) that records standard request data: your IP address, browser type, the pages you asked for and when. Cloudflare keeps this under its own policy and uses it to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- The sample form. Your organization's name, your work email, what you report on today and, if you add it, a link to a public report. The form is sent to our mailbox as an email. We use it to read your organization off the address, build the one-page sample from public data, and reply to you. If we cannot build one this month, we use it to tell you so.
- Visit counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics tells us how many visits each page gets, which site referred them, the country, the browser type and how fast the page loaded. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and does not build a profile of you. We see totals, not people.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer you.
What the site does not do
- It sets no cookies and loads no advertising script.
- Fonts, pages and videos are served from this site. The one outside script is the Cloudflare visit counter described above. If we ever embed a video from YouTube, that player will load from Google under Google's privacy policy, and we will update this page first.
- It does not ask for, and the sample never uses, any record from your own systems.
Who sees it
Blue Peak Data Consulting LLC. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., handles request data, provides the visit counts and relays the form to our mailbox. Our mailbox runs on Microsoft 365. Neither company is given your form data for its own use.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and email stay in our mailbox for as long as we are in touch with you about the sample or the service. Write to us and we will delete them, unless we are required to keep a record for a legal or tax reason.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sergei@bluepeakdataconsulting.com. We answer within ten business days.
Children
This site is for organizations and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page for thirty days.
