These terms cover your use of bluepeakdashboards.com, run by Blue Peak Data Consulting LLC, Olathe, Kansas. The Blue Peak Dashboards service itself is sold under a written agreement and quote with each client; where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement controls.
What this site is
Information about the Blue Peak Dashboards service and a form to request a free sample dashboard. It is not a contract offer. Nothing on it becomes part of a service agreement unless the written agreement says so.
The free sample
The sample is a one-page dashboard built from public data about your organization, sent by email, at no cost and with no obligation on either side. We build three a month and decide which requests we can take; if we cannot build one for you, we tell you within one business day. A sample is built from public sources as we find them and may contain errors in those sources; it is an illustration of the work, not advice and not a deliverable under any agreement.
The public demo
The public safety demo on our main site is built from published Olathe, Kansas open data. It shows page style and finish. The figures in it are the source's figures and should be checked against the source before anyone relies on them.
Using the site
You may read the site and share links to it. Do not copy the pages or the videos for commercial use, submit false information through the form, or try to interfere with the site or the form. The Blue Peak name and logo belong to Blue Peak Data Consulting LLC. Power BI is a Microsoft trademark; we are not Microsoft and do not speak for it.
No warranty for the website
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is either. To the extent the law allows, Blue Peak Data Consulting LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or the free sample. This does not limit anything in a signed service agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy says what this site collects and how the sample form is used.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute about the website is heard in the state or federal courts for Johnson County, Kansas.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
